Choephora fungorum, commonly known as the bent-line dart, is a moth species belonging to the family Noctuidae. This moth is native to eastern North America, with a distribution ranging from southern Ontario, Pennsylvania, and southern Michigan in the north, south to the Gulf coast of northern Florida, and west to central Kansas and eastern Texas. The wingspan of adult Choephora fungorum measures 33 to 47 millimeters. Depending on location, adult moths fly from September to November each year. The larvae of this species feed on Trifolium, Nicotiana, and a variety of herbaceous weeds. Researchers have successfully reared Choephora fungorum larvae on Taraxacum species.
