About Centaurea ragusina L.

Centaurea ragusina L., commonly called Dalmatian knapweed, is a species of the genus Centaurea that is endemic to coastal Dalmatia, located in southern Croatia. This plant is an herbaceous perennial subshrub, and it grows in crevices on coastal cliffs. Two subspecies of Centaurea ragusina are currently accepted: Centaurea ragusina subsp. lungensis (Ginzb.) Hayek, and Centaurea ragusina subsp. ragusina.
