Celypha flavipalpana is a moth species belonging to the family Tortricidae. This species is distributed across most of Europe, and is absent from Ireland, Great Britain, Fennoscandia, the Iberian Peninsula, and most of the Balkan Peninsula. The wingspan of adult Celypha flavipalpana ranges from 13 to 17 mm. Adults are active from June to August, and produce one or possibly two generations each year. The larvae are polyphagous, meaning they feed on a variety of plant types. Confirmed recorded food plants for this species include Calluna vulgaris, and species from the Thymus and Trifolium genera.
