About Carex laxiculmis Schwein.

Carex laxiculmis Schwein., commonly called creeping sedge, is a flowering plant species that belongs to the Cyperaceae family. It is native to Ontario, Canada, as well as the central and eastern regions of the United States. Like most other sedge species, it grows best in shady, wet locations. One of its cultivars, 'Hobb', is sold commercially under the trade name Bunny Blue, and is available for purchase from commercial nurseries.
