Campnosperma auriculatum (Blume) Hook.fil. is a rainforest tree belonging to the Anacardiaceae family, native to the East Indies and Southeast Asia. Saplings of this species produce very large leaves that can reach up to 1.8 metres (6 feet) in length and up to 37 centimetres (15 inches) in width, with wavy margins. Mature trees bear oblanceolate leaves that measure around 75 centimetres (30 inches) long, and these leaves grow in tight clusters at the ends of branches. Its flowers are yellowish, arranged in small panicles, and develop into reddish berries after pollination.
