Calephorus compressicornis, known in French as criquet des dunes, is a species of grasshopper that belongs to the tribe Calephorini. This species is found in Europe, specifically in France and Spain, and also in Africa. Pierre André Latreille first described this species in 1804, originally under the name Acrydium compressicornis. Its type locality is the area near Bordeaux, France.
