Bulbinella nutans (Thunb.) T.Durand & Schinz is a species of flowering plant that belongs to the family Asphodelaceae. It is native to the Cape Province of South Africa, where it naturally occurs in the southern Cape, ranging from Cape Town eastwards to the Robertson Karoo, Caledon, and the area east of Swellendam. This is a large plant, reaching nearly one meter in height. It closely resembles the related species Bulbine latifolia, but can be distinguished by its wider and shorter inflorescence.
