About Brickellia cordifolia Elliott

Brickellia cordifolia Elliott is a North American species of flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. It is native to the southeastern United States, where it grows naturally in the states of Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Its common names are Flyr's nemesis and Flyr's brickellbush. This plant is a perennial herb that can grow up to 150 cm (60 inches) tall. It produces many small flower heads that contain pale yellow-green disc florets, and have no ray florets. It typically grows in pine and oak woodlands at low elevations.
