Bombus distinguendus, commonly known as the great yellow bumblebee, is a species of bumblebee. It can be found in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, northern Russia, and Alaska. In Ireland, this species is classified as endangered. In Great Britain, it only survives along the far north Highlands coast, in Orkney, and in the Western Isles.
