Behnia is a genus of flowering plants. Under the APG III classification system, this genus is placed in the family Asparagaceae, subfamily Agavoideae. This subfamily was formerly treated as the separate family Agavaceae. Only one species in the genus Behnia is known to science: Behnia reticulata. This species is a climbing plant native to southern Africa, where it occurs in Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Eswatini.
