Baccharis genistelloides (Lam.) Pers. is a perennial flowering plant species in the Asteraceae family. It is one of the most studied species in the genus Baccharis for its phytochemistry and pharmacological effects. This plant is widely used in folk medicine, where it is traditionally used to treat high blood pressure, diabetes, stomachaches, and kidney infections.
