Avicularia variegata F.O.Pickard-Cambridge, 1896 is a species of spider in the tarantula family Theraphosidae. It was originally described as a subspecies, Avicularia avicularia variegata, and the species name Avicularia bicegoi is a synonym of this species. When sold as pets, this species has been given different common English names tied to its various scientific names. When referred to as A. avicularia variegata, it is commonly called the grizzled pinktoe. When referred to under its synonym A. bicegoi, common English names reference the red abdominal hairs seen in one color form: these names include Manaus brick-red rump tree spider and brick red pink toe. This species is distributed in Venezuela and the northern Brazilian states of Roraima, Amapá, Amazonas, and Pará.
