Austrocnemis splendida (Martin, 1901) is a species of damselfly in the family Coenagrionidae, and it is commonly called the splendid longlegs. This is a tiny damselfly, bronze-black in color with very long legs. Males of the species have a blue patch on each side of their body and a pale blue band on the tail, while females have red markings on their body and no tail band. The species is found in eastern Australia, where it lives in streams and slow-moving bodies of water. It is commonly seen resting flat on a waterlily or other floating leaf.
