About Atlapetes albinucha (d'Orbigny & Lafresnaye, 1838)
The white-naped brushfinch, with the scientific name Atlapetes albinucha, is also commonly called the yellow-throated brush finch. It is a bird species that belongs to the family Passerellidae. This species can be found in Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Panama. Its natural habitats include subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, and heavily degraded former forest.
