Athallia holocarpa (Hoffm.) Arup, Frödén & Søchting is a species of lichen-forming fungus that belongs to the family Teloschistaceae. Georg Franz Hoffman first published this taxon in 1796 under the name Verrucaria oblitterata var. holocarpa. It was later moved to the newly established genus Athallia in 2013 by Ulf Arup, Ulrik Søchting, and Patrik Frödén.
