About Astragalus mohavensis S.Watson
Astragalus mohavensis S.Watson is an annual or perennial herb that grows in clumpy, gray-green patches with upright stems reaching up to 35 cm (14 inches) in length. Its leaves can grow up to around 12 cm (4.7 inches) long, and are composed of multiple oval-shaped to rounded leaflets. The inflorescence holds up to 15 pinkish-purple flowers, each measuring roughly 1 cm (0.39 inches) long. The plant produces a hairy, leathery legume pod as its fruit, which reaches up to around 3 cm (1.2 inches) in length.
