Greuter said 925.5 and 925.6 at LINN typify Astragalus frigidus, but they're not original or from a single gathering, so Podlech designated a neotype in the absence of original material.

About Astragalus frigidus (L.) A.Gray

Note: Greuter (in Candollea 23: 265. 1968) stated that specimens 925.5 and 925.6 at LINN typify this name. However, these collections do not seem to be original material and are not part of a single gathering (as per Art. 9.15). Since there is no original material, Podlech designated a neotype.
