Astragalus desperatus M.E.Jones, commonly called rimrock milkvetch, is a perennial plant species that belongs to the legume family, Fabaceae. It is native to the Colorado Plateau and Canyonlands region of the southwestern United States. It is an endemic species that grows only on the Colorado Plateau, within mixed desert shrub and pinyon-juniper forest communities.
