About Arytera distylis (Benth.) Radlk.

Scientific name: Arytera distylis (Benth.) Radlk. This species is a small tree that has a dense pale green crown. It occasionally grows to over 20 metres (60 ft) tall, with a stem diameter of up to 35 cm (14 in). The base of the tree is either flanged or buttressed. The trunk has an irregular shape, and is covered in smooth, greyish bark. Young shoots growing on the small branches are noticeably hairy.
