Anterastria teratophora, commonly called the grey marvel, is a moth species that belongs to the Noctuidae family. This species was first formally described by Gottlieb August Wilhelm Herrich-Schäffer in 1854. It is distributed across North America, ranging from Quebec westward to central Alberta, and extending south to Florida and Arizona. The wingspan of adult grey marvel moths measures approximately 25 mm. Adults can be seen in flight from May to August, with the exact timing varying by location. This species produces one new generation each year. The larvae of Anterastria teratophora feed on plant species belonging to the genera Mentha and Monarda.
