Andropogon floridanus, commonly called Florida bluestem, is a grass species. It is endemic to the southeast coastal plain of the United States, where it occurs primarily in the state of Florida. Scattered populations may also exist in Georgia and Alabama. This species grows in the region's dry, sandy, fire-adapted habitats, including scrub, longleaf pine-turkey oak sandhill, and scrubby flatwoods.
