About Anachloris uncinata (Guenée)

Anachloris uncinata, commonly known as the hook-winged carpet, is a moth species belonging to the family Geometridae. It was first formally described by Achille Guenée in 1863. This species is distributed in the southern half of Australia. It has a wingspan of 30 millimetres. The larvae of Anachloris uncinata feed on Hibbertia obtusifolia and Hibbertia stricta.
