Aethes argentilimitana, commonly known as the silver-bordered aethes, is a moth species that belongs to the family Tortricidae. This species is found in North America, with confirmed records from the following locations: Ontario, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Wisconsin. It inhabits dry, open areas including meadows and fields. The forewings of Aethes argentilimitana measure between 3.9 and 5.7 mm in length. Adult moths are active from April through September, and it is likely that this species produces multiple generations each year.
