Aeonium hierrense (R.P.Murray) Pit. & Proust is a species of succulent flowering plant in the Crassulaceae family. This species is endemic to the island of El Hierro in the Canary Islands. It bears whorls of strongly ciliate leaves on a stem that can reach up to 1 meter in height. Its leaves are green in winter and turn an attractive purple color during summer. It produces whitish pink flowers with 8-fold symmetry.
