This moth species has a wingspan of approximately 33 mm. Male individuals lack costal vesicles on their forewings. Forewings bear a complete longitudinal white streak, which has an indentation along its upper edge and a small black spot near its lower edge. A red marginal line is present on the forewings, and the cilia of both the forewings and hindwings are white.
