Acrida ungarica (first described by Herbst in 1786) is a species of grasshopper that is a typical member of the tribe Acridini. This species is found in southern and central Europe. Its common names include the (common) cone-headed grasshopper, nosed grasshopper, and Mediterranean slant-faced grasshopper. Two subspecies of Acrida ungarica are currently recognized: Acrida ungarica mediterranea Dirsh, 1949, and Acrida ungarica ungarica (Herbst, 1786).
