Abraxas pantaria, commonly known as the light magpie or spotted ash looper, is a species of moth in the family Geometridae. It was formally described by Carl Linnaeus in 1767. This moth occurs in the Mediterranean region, and is common in Portugal and Spain. It has also been recorded from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Croatia, Armenia, Georgia, south-eastern Russia, and Turkey. Adult females have a wingspan ranging from 38 to 42 mm, while adult males have a wingspan ranging from 35 to 40 mm.
